Cancelation and Return Policy

Purchases made on the website www.anfiteatrodevilla.com are final and definitive; therefore, no returns or refunds are provided for purchased tickets. In the event that the Customer is unable to use their tickets on the selected date on the website, the option to transfer the tickets to third parties or reschedule the visit is available, adjusting the date and time according to their needs within a maximum period of three months.

Anfiteatro de Villa may issue refunds in exceptional cases only if there was an issue with the purchase on the website due to a technical failure in the purchasing process.

To request a refund, the Customer must send an email to info@anfiteatrodevilla.com presenting their case and explaining the reason why they cannot use the purchased tickets.

Upon receipt of the email, the case will be properly evaluated, and it will be determined whether a refund is warranted. The refund will be processed only through the payment method used on the online platform, within a maximum period of 45 days.

The transaction commission for processing the refund is 5% of the total amount, plus an administrative fee of ₡3,000 for each transaction. No refunds can be processed through other payment methods such as bank transfer, Sinpe, cash, among others.
